Reform of numbers for the Sennydd.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
To increase the number from its present level at a possible cost of £100million would be both unnecessary and not cost effective, especially at this time of economic turmoil for the Welsh economy and the anti sennydd feelings this move has generated with the voting population of the whole of Wales. Coming out of Covid lockdowns and the vast number of public servants still working from home without any control or responsibility to the public for their present work undertaking or even their real productivity would be immoral. When so many are having to stretch budgets or even lose their employment anything that could be seen as simply greed or work avoidance would not be accepted by those already affected. People need reassurance and not indulgences that appear to be politically driven!
If this proposal to increase Sennydd numbers is accepted, then from views I have received it could have real detrimental outcome on those presently seeking to represent Wales in our future!
I am certainly a NO!
Thank you,
Christopher Poole
